Alonim’s Teen Leadership path grows with you each summer. From Yachad to Counselor in Training (CIT) to the Gesher Gan Internship, teens move from learning the foundations of leadership to taking on real responsibility within the camp community—gaining confidence and practical skills they’ll use throughout adulthood.
