Staff Experience
Each summer, more than 100 staff members from across the United States, Europe, and Israel come because they care about kids, crave new experiences, and want to be part of something meaningful (and yes, have a lot of fun!)
New and returning team members quickly become a tight-knit community, supporting each other, laughing often, and building real friendships. Many come back year after year for one reason: the people.
Come as your full self and see the difference you can make. Here, the work matters and so do you.
