When is the application due?

The final application deadline is May 15. After that, we’ll continue to accept applications on a rolling basis as space allows, so don’t worry if you miss the deadline, we’ll do our best to find a spot for you!

How much does it cost?

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Ziering family and our BCI supporters, this year’s program is offered at $500. Scholarships are available if needed and are processed after acceptance. International participants may also qualify for a travel reimbursement scholarship.

When is payment due?

Tuition payments are due within two weeks of your acceptance. Full refunds are available for cancellations made by May 25, 2026.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to withdraw after paying, here’s our refund schedule:

• May 26 - June 5: 50% refund
• After June 5: Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
