Yehudis Smith, M.Ed, is the founder and CEO of Imagined Educational Consulting and serves as the Director of Early Childhood Education at CAJE in Miami. With over 15 years of classroom experience, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to her work as a national consultant, coach, and motivational speaker. Yehudis is an expert in Emotionally Responsive Practice and child behavior guidance, known for helping educators shift from managing behavior to building meaningful, relationship-based learning environments. Through her workshops, speaking engagements, and leadership development work, she supports a growing network of early childhood directors and schools across the country. Currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education at AJU, Yehudis is driven by the belief that every child deserves a dignified, curiosity-driven education—and that investing in educators is how we make that vision a reality.
