Natasha Lake Newman is a Jewish communal professional focused on program growth and operations, known for growing programs in quality and building the systems that let them run with less friction. She brings over 14 years of experience in Jewish education and program leadership, with a career that includes roles at the Silverlake Independent Jewish Community Center, IKAR, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. As Director of Programs & Operations, Natasha leads program operations and Jewish engagement work at the Maas Center for Jewish Journeys. She holds an MAEd in Jewish Education from her alma mater, American Jewish University.
