Mykenzie Busser, MAEd is an early childhood educator, mentor, and educational leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting children, families, educators, and schools. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from American Jewish University and is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences grounded in relationships, inquiry, and Jewish values.
Throughout her career, Mykenzie has worked as a teacher, administrator, coach, consultant, and professional development facilitator, mentoring educators and school leaders both nationally and internationally. She is a presenter, conference developer, and co-creator of numerous professional learning initiatives focused on reflective practice, inclusion, curriculum development, and child-centered education. Her work is guided by the belief that every child is capable, every educator deserves support, and strong relationships are the foundation for learning and growth.
