Monica leads financial strategy, budgeting, audit and tax oversight, and reporting—working closely with university leadership to ensure strong financial stewardship in support of AJU’s mission. Monica graduated summa cum laude from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, building expertise in audit, risk management, and reporting. She has since held senior leadership roles at Child Care Resource Center and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, where she oversaw complex budgets, led major audits, implemented financial systems, and built high-performing teams.
