Lindsay Astor Grant, MA, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist, educator, and founder of Learning Redesigned. She brings more than 25 years of clinical and school-based experience to her work with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on executive function, sensory integration, regulation, movement-based learning, classroom design, and whole-child development. Her practice emphasizes evidence-informed, developmentally responsive strategies that help educators apply clinical principles to the design of accessible, supportive learning environments.
Lindsay began her career with the Los Angeles Unified School District, including two years as a supervising therapist for the district’s Occupational and Physical Therapy Department. She has served as a keynote speaker for early childhood conferences, presented at national education conferences, guest lectured at USC and UCLA, and is a current mentor for AJU graduate students.
Lindsay holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California.
