
Knead, braid, and connect at our Pink Challah Bake, a special evening of community and tradition as we prepare for Rosh Hashanah and support Sharsheret’s mission of caring for those impacted by breast and ovarian cancer.

Challah Recipe
Ingredients
3 ¾ c. warm water
3 packets of yeast (7 ½ tsp)
1 c. honey
1 c. olive oil
2-6 eggs
One 5 lb bag of flour
2-4 T Salt
Optional:
Pink Hallah: 2-4 T beet or pomegranate juice
Inclusions: Raisins, dates, nuts, apples
Toppings: 2T olive oil, 2T sugar, 2T flour, 1 t cinnamon, sliced almonds
Then sprinkle on top of the challah
