Robert Richman is a Culture Architect and author of The Culture Blueprint: The Guide to the High Performance Workplace.
He was Culture Strategist at Zappos, and co-created Zappos Insights, a subsidiary company educating companies about the secrets of the amazing employee culture at Zappos and world-class customer service.
As one of the world’s leading authorities on employee culture, Robert is a sought-after keynote speaker at conferences and has been hired to teach culture in person at companies such as Google, Toyota, Westin, Salesforce, IBM, Bridgestone, and the NSA.
With a recent focus in healthcare, Robert’s clients include Boston Scientific, Pfizer, Anthem, and
Sanford. He writes for Roche about disrupting healthcare, and has spoken for Genentech on how to delight customers.
Robert goes beyond keynotes using principles of high performance and self-organization through Open Space Technology – a crowdsourced strategic event. He works with companies both virtually and in-person to tap into the full potential of their teams, and transforms cultures in less than six months.
Robert graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in film, as well as from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program. He is a guest lecturer at Harvard University and lives with his dog Sunny in San Diego, California.
