Kashrut at the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of AJU is under the strict Rabbinical supervision of Kosher LA.
All meats are Glatt Kosher and all cooking is Bishul Yisrael.

The Conference Center offers groups from 25 to 250 people contemporary, well-equipped meeting facilities. There is an adult village with motel style rooms and a youth campus with cabins. Each village has its own separate dining room and meeting facilities.
From one-day meetings to overnight conferences and multi-day events, The Conference Center hosts a variety of organizations and schools. The Center is a perfect location for School Field Trips, Faculty Briefings, Educational Programs and more.
We offer a wide variety of recreational activities and we provide specialized programming for outdoor experiences, team building and leadership development, and spiritual retreats. Our goal is to seamlessly blend your guests and your goals with our dedicated staff and our specialized programming. Educational Programs
At the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of American Jewish University, we offer a wide range of programs to fit the needs of your group. We will work with you to create a schedule appropriate to your educational goals. Our programs have been designed to promote social interaction between the group participants and to supplement the education that they receive at school in the environment, science, social studies and the arts. Language Arts activities can accompany any of these activities through the use of journaling and storytelling. All activities are developed with California state educational standards in mind.
Our specialized programming draws on the resources of AJU Brandeis-Bardin Campus , which has spent over 60 years crafting curricula for informal educational classes, events and retreats. With this expertise we can support the development of a customized agenda for your group.
Groups are welcome to enjoy the following activities:
- Recreation, including tennis, swimming, and basketball
- Horseback riding on our 3,000 acre property on trails
- Hiking trails offering easy to challenging experiences
- Camping in secluded, wooded outdoor areas
- Adventure course, including three ropes course.
- Arts and music, taught by experienced dance instructors.
- Archery, shelter-building, outdoor cooking, tomahawk throwing, and more!
In addition to recreation and the arts, we offer specialized programming, which includes outdoor environmental education led by a prominent outdoor experiential educator, team building and leadership development on our challenging adventure course, and spiritual retreats with yoga or meditation, and academic classes and workshops.
