What is American Jewish Food Culture?

10am PDT

Is it a melting pot or salad bowl? In our multi-cultural world, Jewish foods have been influenced by the people and the countries they represent. Join the founders of the Great Jewish Food Fest, Gefilteria and authors of the Gefilte Manifesto, Liz Alpern and Jeffrey Yoskowitz to learn about how old-world Jewish foods are reimagined for today. In conversation with resident AJU foodie, Michelle Starkman, VP of Communications.
