Here, we celebrate, mark transitions, or find comfort and renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/ajumikvah.as.me\/schedule\/b42c0613\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schedule an appointment<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Since 1981, the AJU Community Mikvah has been a hub for Jewish life in Southern California.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the region\u2019s only pluralistic ritual pool, we welcome over one thousand Jews each year from all denominations, ages, backgrounds, and orientations\u2014guided by the principles of <em>kavod<\/em> (respect) and <em>hachnasat orchim<\/em> (hospitality).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also partner with regional Bet Dins to welcome newcomers to Judaism and offer tours and classes for adults and students to explore this ancient tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Mikvah Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning the week of August 17, when Milken High School reopens, the AJU Community Mikvah will observe the following hours:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunday: 9:00 AM\u20134:00 PM&nbsp;<br>Monday &amp; Wednesday: 2:00\u20137:00 PM&nbsp;<br>Tuesday &amp; Thursday: 4:00\u20137:00 PM&nbsp;<br>Saturday: Closed for Shabbat&nbsp;<br>Jewish Holidays: Closed as observed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:mikvah@aju.edu\">mikvah@aju.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The mikvah is one of Judaism\u2019s most powerful traditions, bringing sacred meaning to life\u2019s milestones.
